Privacy Policy

We collect account details such as your email address and authentication identifiers. We store information you enter, including projects, jobs, customers, estimates, quotes, invoices, business settings, Price Book entries, and photos or evidence you upload. We also receive basic technical and error information needed to operate and secure the service.

We use information to provide, sync, support, secure, and improve Projects; calculate estimates and project materials; deliver authentication and transactional emails; and diagnose errors. We do not sell personal information.

Projects uses browser storage, IndexedDB, cache storage, and—where supported—native SQLite to keep preferences, saved work, and a sync queue available offline. Lite guest data can remain only on your device unless you sign in or otherwise submit it. Clearing browser or app data may remove unsynced work.

Supabase provides authentication, database, and file storage. Vercel hosts Projects and supplies runtime and error logs. Resend may deliver account emails. Smart Assist may send structured project facts—not your full account—to OpenAI when that feature is configured and you choose to use it. Google Contacts access is read-only, user-initiated, and does not store a refresh token. Address validation may send an address to the United States Postal Service.

Projects uses authentication cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your tier and preferences, support offline use, and protect account flows. Blocking them may prevent parts of Projects from working.

We retain account data while your account is active and as needed for security, legal, and operational purposes. Pro data may also follow the retention period shown in your account when you downgrade. You can permanently delete your account from Profile & plan. This removes associated cloud data and clears Projects data on that device. We retain a minimal account-identifier tombstone to prevent unexpired sessions from recreating deleted data. Because another device may retain offline data, sign out and clear Projects or browser data there too. See Account deletion for details.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Projects is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the product or law changes and will post the updated effective date here.
