Account control

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Projects account from inside the app without contacting support.

In-app steps

  1. Sign in and open Profile & plan.
  2. Open the Danger zone and choose Delete my account.
  3. Review the warning, type DELETE, and confirm.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your authentication identity, profile, Projects cloud records, projects, customers, jobs, scopes, estimates, quote and invoice records, Price Book entries, business settings, market quote records, and uploaded evidence associated with your account. A minimal account-identifier tombstone remains to stop an unexpired session from recreating deleted data.

Devices and sessions

The device used for deletion clears its Projects offline records, sync queue, app storage, and caches, then signs out. Existing access tokens on another device may remain valid briefly, and that device may retain offline data. Sign out and clear Projects or browser data on every other device. The server blocks deleted identities from syncing data back.
