Terms of Use

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use Projects lawfully. You may not disrupt the service, probe its security, upload malicious material, infringe others' rights, or use Projects to facilitate unlawful activity.

Projects provides planning tools, informational estimates, and editable suggestions. Quantities, prices, labor, timelines, and Smart Assist recommendations are approximate and may be incomplete. Verify measurements, materials, prices, code requirements, and professional advice before purchasing or beginning work.

You are responsible for your content, project decisions, backups of important records, and agreements with customers or contractors. Contractors remain responsible for licenses, insurance, permits, contracts, taxes, safety, workmanship, and compliance with applicable laws. Projects is not a contractor, marketplace, estimator of record, or party to your contracts.

Lite, Plus, and Pro may be offered without charge during beta. No paid subscription or checkout is currently connected. Features, limits, availability, and future pricing may change, and beta features may contain errors or be discontinued.

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant 3XNorth the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and transmit it to operate Projects. Projects, its branding, software, and original content belong to 3XNorth LLC or its licensors.

Projects is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law. 3XNorth is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from Projects. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Projects in the preceding 12 months.

You may stop using Projects or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that naturally survive termination remain effective.

Pennsylvania law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update them by posting a new effective date. Questions: hello@3xnorth.com.
